About

I’m a former collegiate athlete, Corporate Communications Leader, Wife, Mom, and student of soulful studies on a mission to help you harness the power of your intuition.

I’ve always been obsessed with stories. It led to a life-long love of reading, a career in Communications where I helped executives and brands write their story, and a deep spiritual study where I followed my curiosity to explore the bigger story of why we’re here.

Like all good stories, mine has taken plenty of twists and turns. Along the way I’ve fulfilled my dreams of playing collegiate soccer, running comms for a sports brand, marrying the love of my life, and becoming a Mom. Behind the highlight reel was a lot of ‘in between’ and internal struggle. In these liminal spaces I failed a lot, changed my mind a ton, got my heart broken, hit burn out (multiple times), and through it, I started to listen to my intuition. The place we can always turn for personalized guidance from the truest part of ourselves.

It takes a lot of guts to listen to the truest part of yourself. It can also be very inconvenient, because it often requires you to make a change. I know from experience.

I spent over a decade working as a Corporate Communications Leader while quietly pursuing a soulful path behind closed doors. By day I led communication functions across tech, beauty, retail, fashion, and sporting goods, helping executives and brands tell meaningful stories. By night, I sat with teachers and studied topics like yogic wisdom and philosophy, astrology, mediumship, Human Design, and the Akashic Records.

At the time, I didn’t have the courage to own my intuitive side in everyday life. I worried this would diminish my credibility and ‘ambitious drive’ in the corporate world. Yet, as I let my ‘soulful side’ live in the light, I saw how important each part was to who I am. The wisdom from my studies brought a depth and meaning to my work, and my work served as a training ground where I honed my ability to communicate about, and connect with people on their true purpose.

After deep reflection — and a life-changing Akashic Records reading — I stepped back from what I would have called ‘my dream job,’ and took a break and reimagined my career, while simultaneously becoming a devoted student of the Akashic Records, a wife, and shortly thereafter, a Mom.

This rapid transformation of identity and role — which was actually years in the making — was disorienting. It took time to settle into who I was on the other side of all the roles I had held, in work and life.

The truth is we’re never really ‘there’. Life is constantly evolving, moving, and with it we must continue to pay attention, refine, and course correct accordingly. It’s on us to build a toolkit, and support team to help us stay connected to, and in pursuit of the truest part of ourselves. That place of joy, purpose and meaning often starts with one foot straddling the world we’re in, and the other planted where we want to go. The secret is just, to start.

My goal is to bring the tools and experiences that help me stay connected to myself, and take action on what I hear, and bring them to you. The intention isn’t to feel good all the time, but rather, to help you sleep easy with the rich peace, contentment, and inner-knowing that you’re living the story you know you’re made for.

So, what’s your story?

I believe it’s possible to create your dream life, it’s never too late to change course, and that we owe it to ourselves to get real with this one precious life we have to live.
