We’re all more than capable of doing our own inner-work. You don’t need anyone else to help you connect with the truest part of you, and the brilliance living inside. But, without a plan, structure, and the accountability, it can be challenging to get there on your own. Created to function like a personal trainer for your inner-work, this intuitive coaching program combines modalities like the Akashic Records, mindset work, and strategic counsel. I will guide you through a systematic, customized journey to help you get clarity on where you’re at, the certainty of where you want to go, and the confidence to live into it. You and your soul created a game plan before you got here, I want to help you live into it.

The Process

My process was designed to help you dial down the external noise, and connect with and live from your intuition. When you learn how to listen to your inner-knowing, you’ll gain the clarity of where you’re at, the certainty of what you want, and the confidence to take action on the life you’re made for.

  • Every coaching program begins with my signature intuitive reading using the Akashic Records. The kick-off session will give us a baseline to help us locate where you’re at, and the key areas that we’ll tend to during our time together. From there I will create a customized program to get you intimately connected with your inner knowing, with tools and resources to maintain your momentum.

    Your investment includes:

    • Intuitive, Akashic Record Journeys in live and recorded format

    • Strategic Coaching Sessions to focus on the intuitive insights and data we reveal in the Records

    • Customized follow-up work, and exercises to get you closer to your soul, and specifically target the core focuses of your work

    • Coaching access with me on Voxer to continue your momentum 

    • A digital hub for all your soul work. This will be set-up, and managed for you, for easy access to your resources, homework, and session recordings.

  • All meaningful things take training and reps. We don’t hit the gym one time and anticipate a 6-pack. Or sit down at the piano and expect to be Motzart. But, there are ways to target our training, and maximize the benefits we get from the effort we put in. 

    We will create a customized program together based on what you’re looking for. By the end of our program, you’ll feel the clarity, certainty and confidence to go after the life you know is right for you, resourced to make it happen.     By putting your soul at the center of focused, practical and pragmatic work we get right to the heart of what is going on from our first session. This means we will get specific, and actionable insights to help you live into the life you came here for, from the perspective of your soul. My job as your coach is to create the plan around the insights we uncover, so you can live into it. 

    Meaning, no more wasting time on cookie-cutter tools and solutions. As a mom, former athlete, and strategic comms leader I understand the value of time, an effective system, and working with someone you can trust. I’m excited to support you.

  • The Akashic Records are an energetic database of everything that has ever existed since the beginning of time. It is referenced in many spiritual and mystic teachings.

    An Intuitive Session (or Reading) works like a database google search, allowing us to investigate everything your soul has experienced, learned or been in relationship with since inception.

    Through the Records we’ll connect to the truest part of you with the ultimate goal to bring you intuitive data for the purpose of clarity, understanding, and alignment. The purpose is to give you new information to put into action in your life.

    Every Akashic experience also serves as an energetic realignment, clearing and upgrade. Meaning, it is a holistic experience for your whole being.

    Caveat: The Akashic Records are not predictive or fortune-telling, meaning, we won’t connect to direct dates or times (ex. Will I meet my true love in 6 months?). The Records emphasize the power of your free will, and the possibilities that exist when you take full accountability of your life.

    We will connect via a Zoom call, I will say a prayer to open the Records, and from there I will begin sharing insights. The whole experience will feel like a warm, deep conversation. I often work with clients experiencing the Records for the first time, and clients find it easy to dive right in with me because of my approach.

    My style, and the reading experience I bring, is warm and conversational. You can expect a safe space, and rich conversation where we'll connect to the highest part of you, and the insights it wants to deliver.

    During readings I often hear things like ‘woah. I was just thinking about that,’ ‘that's extremely validating' or, 'I was just talking about that with a friend'. I find the Records will always give us exactly what we need at the moment…nothing more, nothing less.
